Fall 2026 Applications are now live!

A preeminent pre-law organization at Florida State, the Undergraduate Law Review at FSU is a student-run and published legal journal that guides students through the process of writing legal discourse. The journal discusses current events in the field of law, ongoing debates, case law at the local, state, and federal level, and more.

The semester-long publication process begins with applications and application review by the executive board. Every article then undergoes a rigorous editing process to ensure that it reaches its full potential before publishing. Through our organization, undergraduate students from across the country are given the unique opportunity to engage in legal research and academic discourse.

You can read all our past publications under our volumes page, and you can read our new blog publication by clicking on any of the articles below or by navigating to our blog posts page. You can also visit our external submissions page to learn more about writing for the ULR as a non-FSU student.
